ORDER CONFIRMATION & STATUS

We recognize that you get a gazillion emails a day and boy oh boy, is that overwhelming! In an effort to keep carpal tunnel syndrome to a minimum and avoid a new pair of glasses, we will NOT send you order confirmation and order status emails. You can access updates through MY ACCOUNT. We will ONLY email you with order status if there is a deviation to our normal 8-10 days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

OK - so sometimes what you see might not be EXACTLY what you were expecting to get. If this is the case, please contact us (via email at info@colorstoryhome.com or via phone at our toll-free number, 1-877-744-8424 Monday thru Friday 10am - 5pm EST. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase and will be credited back to original method of purchase. Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded with a gift card.

DAMAGES

Don't you hate when that happens! We do too! We'll always do our best to wrap your purchase with tender loving care, but every once in a while the road traveled is far too bumpy! With that said, keep the broken parts, packing and the original box in tact. Just contact us so we can schedule a pick-up and we'll take care of the rest.

SALE & CLEARANCE

Don't you love a good sale! We do too! However, in an effort to keep our shelves clean to make way for new goodies for you, we cannot except returns on sale or clearance merchandise.

Please be certain to check the "gift package" box next to each item at checkout.Sadly, gift packaging is not available on really big boxes so we will do our best to note that on the appropriate items.
